Miner Avenue, Stockton <br />On March 12, 2001, the above referenced illegally abandoned underground storage tanks were <br />discovered on Hunter Avenue in the proximity of 135 E. Miner Avenue, the new Cancun <br />Restaurant location. These tanks are in violation of California Health and Safety Code, Section <br />25298. At that time, the contractor was notified that the tanks were required to be removed <br />under Environmental Health Division (EHD) permit and inspection. <br />Enclosed are the applicable application forms for the tank closures. These permit applications <br />must be submitted to the EHD this week with the appropriate fees.
