Contact local Fire and Air Quality departments for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. A third party certified tank tester must conduct a tank integrity test following completion of <br /> the job and submit results directly to this department within seven days. <br /> 3. Overfill prevention must satisfy Title 23 regulations for overfill. Section 2635(b)(2). <br /> 4. Automatic Tank Gauges and Ball Floats shall be inspected during installation. <br /> 5. All overfill buckets shall hold no less than 5 gallons. <br /> 6. All equipment shall pass a 30-minute hydrostatic lake test in the presence of an EHD <br /> Inspector. <br /> 7. All installations shall follow manufacturers recommendations. <br /> 8. Arrange all inspections 48 hours in advance. <br /> 9. This permit expires in 90 days. <br /> 10.
