Contact Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Districts for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. All Spill Buckets shall pass a 30minute hydrostatic lake test. <br /> 3. All Installations shall follow manufacturers recommendations. <br /> 4. Contact EHD to arrange an inspection of the spill buckets and overfill prevention system <br /> prior to returning this facility to full operation. <br /> 5. Allow 48hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 6.
