Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Jeff Carruesco, R.E.H.S. <br />The San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) has recently received <br />notification that you no longer have a UST Designated Operator for your facility. <br />The California Code of Regulations, Title 23, section 2715 (a) reads: <br />By January 1, 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems <br />shall submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that <br />the owner understands and is in compliance with all applicable <br />underground storage tank requirements, and identifying the <br />designated UST operator(s) for each facility owned.
