Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Jeff Carruesco, R.E.H.S. <br />The San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) has recently received <br />notification that you no longer have a UST Designated Operator for your facility. <br />The California Code of Regulations, Title 23, section 2715 (a) reads: <br />By January 1, 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems <br />shall submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that <br />the owner understands and is in compliance with all applicable <br />underground storage tank requirements, and identifying the <br />designated UST operator(s) for each facility owned. The owner shall <br />inform the local aaencv of anv chanae of desianated UST <br />operator(s) no later than 30 days after the change. <br />Please submit the past two monthly designated operator inspection reports and the <br />enclosed notification form, identifying the new designated operator(s) for the site by <br />December 28, 2005 or further legal action will occur. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, you may contact Lori Luces, at <br />(209) 468-0341. <br />Thank You, <br />Lori uces, EHS <br />Environmental Health Specialist <br />San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />
