General: <br /> a. Contractor must be onsite to make any repairs to the UST System identified by <br /> LDT <br /> b. Any specialty equipment required shall be supplied by contractor <br /> Example; confined space entry equipment <br /> 2. Tank Sumps: <br /> a. Primary vent piping should be pressurized to test pressure <br /> b. Secondary vent piping should be pressurized to test pressure <br /> c. Secondary boots must be completed and include test ports reachable by LDT <br /> technicians <br /> d. Tertiary boots must be completed and include test ports reachable by LDT <br /> technicians <br /> 3. Dispenser/s,UDC/s, Transition Sumps,and/or Piping Terminations: <br /> a. Primary product piping should be pressurized to test pressure at a test fitting <br /> located at the piping termination end or shear valve. <br /> b. Vapor return, and/or return piping should be pressurized to test pressure at a <br /> test fitting located at the piping termination end or shear valve <br /> e. Shear valves must be disconnected from dispensers and caped with steel caps <br /> d. Secondary boots must be completed and include test ports reachable by LDT <br /> technicians <br /> i. Secondary piping including VR should be pressurized to test pressure <br /> e.
