A plot plan is attached to this letter. <br /> 3. The name of the contractor who will be responsible for tank removal is <br /> R & R Service Station Maintenance, 3337 I:eller Street, Modesto, Ca. 95353; <br /> phone 209 577-1386; contractors license number 257130. This business is run <br /> by Mr. Charles A. Ryan who does service station repair work including tank <br /> installation and removal. Mr. Ryan works independently, has no employees and <br /> does not have workers compensation insurance. I understand that he sub-contracts <br /> such services as backhoe work. <br /> 4. The tank at the Collegeville site is presumed to be a 5nO gallon tank; of <br /> metal construction which was used to store gasoline. <br /> 5. The laboratory that will collect soil samples and provide a 192elease of Inform- <br /> ation Authorization," form signed by John J.
