This complaint has been executed and sets for <br />fines for the District. In addition, the Final Judgement states that the Irrigation <br />District will not seek any reimbursement from the State Water Resources Control <br />Board for clean-up at this site. <br />if you disagree with this Staff Decision, you may either request review and <br />reconsideration by the Program Manager or you may formally appeal the decision and <br />request a Division Decision from the Chief of the Division.
