According to <br /> CCR 2637 (b) this testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. In addition, this <br /> office must be notified of the test date and time within 48 hours of performing the test. <br /> Furthermore, results from the testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test <br /> completion.
