Please complete the enclosed Emergency Response and Monitoring Plans. <br />2. Please provide manufacture specifications and installation instructions for <br />Ameron Dualoy 3000/L piping. <br />3. Permit indicates Line Leak Detector to be TLS -350. Plans call for Vaporless <br />LDS -2000 mechanical leak detector. Please specify which Line Leak <br />Detector you will be installing and provide manufacture specifications. <br />4. Plans call for interstitial sensor that appears to be the same model as the sump <br />sensor. On the manufacture specifications provided, sensor #794390-409 <br />should be install in a 10' diameter tank. Please specify the interstitial sensor <br />you will install. <br />5. Note: Manufacture specifications have been submitted for 794390-208. This <br />is an old part #. Is the correct # for this piping sump sensor 794380-208? <br />6. Part list for under dispenser sensor indicates a 794380-208, manufacture <br />specification provided for a 794390-321 solid state sensor. Please specify <br />which sensor you will install. <br />7. Please provide manufacture specifications for the turbine. <br />8.
