The following describes the violation item you noted during your inspection as <br /> well as corrective actions taken: <br /> CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show <br /> where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not <br /> submitted.The annular sensor locations were incorrectly identified on the site map.A <br /> site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site <br /> Plan. BP Vendor, Belshire Environmental Services, Inc., updated the UST Monitoring <br /> Site Plan to correctly identify locations of the annular sensors. The updated UST <br /> Monitoring Site Plan was submitted to CERS on 3/22/2017. A copy of the submittal is <br /> enclosed herein for your review and records. <br /> It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities. <br /> However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies, <br /> issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities. With the submittal of <br /> this letter, it is our understanding that the item(s) of alleged non-compliance have been <br /> resolved and no further corrective action is required. Furthermore, we understand that there is <br /> no fine or penalty associated with this violation. If this is not correct, please contact me as soon <br /> as possible.
