The following describes the violation you noted during your inspection as well as corrective <br /> actions taken: <br /> 315 - HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly <br /> disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). Liquid was observed in the premium submersible turbine pump <br /> (STP)sump and the 87 slave fill sump. <br /> On 12/15/2017, BP testing and maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan Inc., removed the liquids <br /> from the sumps. This was corrected onsite. <br /> It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities. <br /> However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies, issues of <br /> concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities. With the submittal of this letter, it is our <br /> understanding that the item(s) of alleged non-compliance have been resolved and no further corrective <br /> action is required. Furthermore, we understand that there is no fine or penalty associated with this <br /> violation. If this is not correct, please contact me as soon as possible.
