<br /> Thee term 'Railroad" shall.be understood to mean the Southern Pacific Transportation
<br /> Company.
<br /> In: addition.to any other form of insurance or bonds required under the terms of the:
<br /> contract and specifications, the Contractor will. be.required to carry insurance.of,the.
<br /> kinds-and,in.the amounts hereinafter specified.
<br /> Such.insurance-shaUL be= approved. by the Railroad before,any work,is performed on
<br /> Railroad's property and. shall be- carried: until all work: required to-be performed on or
<br /> adjacent to the Railroad's property under the terms of the contractis satisfactorily com-
<br /> pleted% as}determined:by the Engineer, and,thereafter until all.tools, equipment and
<br /> materials have- been removed from Railroad's property and. such,property is left in.a.
<br /> clean.,andpresentable condition.
<br /> The,insurance, herein: required,shall b& obtained by-ther successful.bidder and he
