Box 9364 <br />Fresno, Ca 93792 <br />P. 2 <br />RE: The proposed Super Cheaper 4104 located on Lathrop Road, <br />Lathrop Ca. <br />The plans were reviewed at the request of Bryce Rushhaupt of <br />California Petroleum Equipment Inc.. The review of the plans <br />brought to light issues that were not adequately addressed in the <br />first review of the plans. The issues will need to be addressed <br />prior to plan re -approval. <br />1. Provide manufactures information cut -sheets on the <br />equipment plan to use. <br />2. The waste oil, tank must use dead -men or over burden <br />calculations be provided. <br />3. The equipment list indicates that three interstitial <br />probes will be used. The plan indicates that five tanks <br />will be installed. Clarify <br />4. Provide over -fill protection for the tank system. <br />Describe the equipment to be used and provide cut -sheet <br />S. Address cathodic protection for metal fittings that are <br />located outside the tank sump. <br />6.
