(Typical 4 ea.) 4. *'fill aoaambly. with EDW 15 gal oversplll containment bucket, OPW 95% overfill ehutoFF drop tube aseembly., Emco Wheaton fill cap and adapter all manways 1" above adjacent concrete elevations. (Typical 4 ea.) 5. 4" vapor return with EBW 5 gal overspill containment Bucket, OPW dry -brake and cap, Crown all mamwaye V above adjacent concrete clevatlone 4 ea.) 6. Tank annular space riser assembly. with 12" manway and tank monitoring probe. Annular spare probe to be wired for system shutdown upon detection of product. Crown all manwayo 1" above sAjacent concrete elevations. (Typical 4 ea.) 7. Run new 2" single wall Smith Fiberglaee vent Ione to a new vent stand at aide of staging area. Vents to ba at least 12' above ground. Install Hasstech pressure vacuum vent valve and manifold all gasoline vent lines as per Hasatech requirements. All lines to elopes back to piping sump at 1/8" per footfall min. 8. install new 2" single wail Smith Fiberglass Haestech VacuRite source and return line from drain check to Processing unit and from Processing unit to lowest octane vent line. 9- Haootech VacuRite Thermal Processing unit and Dual Vacuum Collection unit mounted on a equipment stand with rain shield. 10. Install Haeatech VacuRtte In -tank drain valve and Trap. All piping penetrations to be maid with Environ water tight fittingo. 11. Install 3" vapor manifold between all take. Connect all] gasoline tanks to manifold. Cap diesel vapor line Inside containment sump. 12- Install new Z'& 3"A-0 Smith II flberglaso product piping with W& *'A-0 Smith secondary containment piping., Install new 2" and 3" vapor and recovery piping with 3" and *'A-0 5mith Secondary containment vapor piping. All piping to slop back to tank at si minimum of 1/8" per foot, The main Unload piping run from tank to the last piping Tee at the third island will be 3" primary piping and 4" secondary piping to facilitate higher possible flow rates. 13. Manifold all Annular spaces to a common 2" vent line and run new line to vent stand. Terminate vent riser at 12" above our -Pace. 14. Install new 36• x 5' x 13" dog -bone dispenser island with 12" wide x 18" tall metal / concrete barrier at each end. (Typical 4 ea.) 15. Install new canopy foundation at center of new [eland. Canopy to ba Installed by canopy contractor. (Typical 8 ea.) Note: ate Canopy Plans for location 16. Install Bravo under dispenser containment baxas for new Tokhelm Dfapaneer at each dispenser location. Each dispenser to have Installed Haeetaoh flow control valve kit. (Typical 12 ea.) 17. Install American Containment fiberglsea containmont sumps for tank gauglme under new 36" Fomsco mamvay. Crown all manwraye V above adjacent concrete elavation& (Typical 4 on.) 18. Install new 12" thick tank elab with six sack cement and # 4 rabar 12" on center. no mbar Into tank hold down system as per hold down plan. Match existing asphalt grades. Concrete to be natural in color. 19. New 40• x 120• canopy Installed by canopy contractor. 20. New drive slab, 6" thick 6 sack concrete with water reducer, #3 rebar on 18" cam r% natural in color. 21, 1/2" x 6" deep felt Joints. #4 rabar to run eontinuee acrosojoints. 22. 1.1/2" deep tooled concrete Jointo. #4 rebar to run continues aoroes jofnto. 23. 4•' and e'A56 storm ciralnage line.
