If an emergency due to heat-related illness developes, protective clothing should be removed from the Victim as soon as possible to reduce heat stress. All emergency decontamination procedures must be supervised by the Site Safety Officer and the Field Team Leader. 11 .0 TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Prior to mobilization at the job site, all contractors shall submit evidence that site workers have completed a 40-hour course in hazardous waste site operations traning as specified in 29 CFR part 1910. 120.
