Lockeford Street <br /> Lodi CA 95240 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> has recently reviewed the underground storage tank file for the above referenced site. <br /> The analytical results of the soil and/or water samples taken beneath the underground <br /> storage tank(s) that was/were removed from this site in July 1986 have not been <br /> submitted to this office to date. This is in violation of California Code of Regulations Title <br /> 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 (Underground Tank Regulations) Section 2672(d). <br /> The closure status of this site is incomplete.
