This <br />invoice is unclear as to exactly what this permit fee <br />is for. <br />INEZ HUPPERT <br />REALTOR <br />TELEPHONE 369-3693 <br />You should be aware that these tanks have not been in use <br />since the late 1950's. Also, on February 4, 1994 a routine <br />inspection was done by Eric Trevena of your office (see <br />enclosure #1 and #2). As per this inspection notice I <br />have made arrangements with Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc. of Lodi, <br />State Contractors License #4956699, to have the three <br />tanks removed, and have given him my check #29655 in the <br />amount of $3,986.00 as a downpayment on said removal, <br />(see enclosure #3), which was to include all necessary <br />permits for removal of the tanks. <br />Trusting you will respond as soon as possible to clarify <br />the invoice, also to verify your knowledge of the project <br />now in progress. <br />Sincerely, <br />Inezuppert <br />IH/ds <br />Enclosure #1,#2 Offical Inspection Report <br />Enclosure #3 Receipt for Payment <br />
