GeoFlex I piping Is UL Listed (file k MH16678) and meets the proposed standards of UL971 and UL971 modified requirements. GeoFlex I has also been tested by Southwestern Laboratories and that test data is available upon request. Environ warrants that all products manufactured will be of good materials and workmanship and free from defects for a period often (10) years. Environ also warrants that all components are compatible with gasoline, gasohol, ethanol, methanol, )et fuel, avgas, kerosene, diesel fuels and motor oil. Environ warrants that at the time of shipment the products will be merchantable and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Environ's sole obligation to Buyer under this warranty is the repair or replacement, at Environ's option, of any products or parts thereof which, under normal use, have proven defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, alteration, or products which have not been operated, installed or maintained in accordance with Environ's written instructions. When a warranty claim arises, Buyer must contact Environ to arrange return shipment. If the defect comes under the terms of this limited warranty, the products will be repaired or replaced and returned. The GeoFlex Piping and its associated fittings, couplings and seals should be compatible with those chemicals found naturally in the ground and with the product fluids and their chemical additives. Chemical compatibility generally refers to the change In physical characteristics of the piping material over long tens exposure to a variety of chemicals. A comprehensive compatibility chart is available upon request from Environ Products. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF. The remedy of repair or replacement provided for herein Is buyer's exclusive remedy. ENVIRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM THE SALE, USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) OR OTHERWISE BASED ON CONTRACT, OR ON TORT, AND REGARDLESS OF ANY ADVISE OR REPRESENTATIONS NOT IN WRITING THAT MAY HAVE BEEN RENDERED BY ENVIRON CONCERNING THE SALE, USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS.
