Tank Sumps Tank Sumps are used 'at the beginning of the GeoFlex Piping System . Installed on the top of the tank, they provide surface access to a tank's pump, fittings and other piping connections. They also serve as a means of secondary containment and leak collection. Stabilizer Bar Assemblies Required for all Standard Dispenser Sumps. Includes: stabilizer bar with fasteners, spacer plate and valve plate with fasteners. Accommodates boss mounted shear valves only. Stabilizer Bars must be installed prior to backfilling or pouring concrete. i 0 In-line Piping Sumps In -Line Piping Sumps are used for long piping runs which require the connection of two pipe sections: This sump provides surface access and secondary containment for these plumbing connections. May also be used to contain other piping components. Flexible Entry Boots These rubber compression type boots are installed into the wall of containment sumps to seal all pipe and conduit entries. The 1-1/2" (FEB -6150) entry boot is used for all 1-1/2" GeoFlex Pipe entries. A variety of sizes are available to seal rigid pipe and conduit. Junction Tees A brass fitting installed in junction type Dispenser Sumps. Typically used in pressure piping systems which are routed in series. This tee has two threaded openings for coupling connections and one threaded opening for riser pipe connections. Shallow Dispenser Sumps Shallow containers for under dispenser containment. Recom- mended for all suction type piping systems and pressure piping systems using the Liquid Interstitial Monitoring System. They provide convenient access to, and secondary containment of, the pipe connections. GeoFlex Piping A flexible underground piping used for use transmission of flammable and other types of hazardous liquids in both pressure and suction type systems. Both GeoFlex / if 11 are available in 1-1/2" and 2" pipe sizes packaged In either cartons or reels. Terminating Elbows A brass fitting installed in terminating type Dispenser Sumps. Used in both pressure and suction piping systems, this elbow fitting has one threaded opening for coupling connections and one threaded opening for riser pipe connections. Deep Dispenser Sumps Deep containers for under dispenser containment. Used primarily for pressure piping systems which are routed in series and require piping fall to one or more containment sumps. They Provide convenient access lo, and secondary containment of, the pipe connections. RR, Pipe Couplings These brass couplings are designed specifically for GeoFlex Piping. They are internally expanded to the ends of the flexible pipe section using the Environ Coupling Machine. Each coupling assembly includes a brass insert, swivel and ferrule. Product Offsets Used with some model dispensers which require pipe entry locations significantly off center. The offset fitting permits the use of standard dispenser sumps to accommodate these applications. Refer to the Dispenser Directory for those dispenser models which require the use of product offsets.
