Coupling Machine <br />Used to Internally expand <br />the Pipe Coupling id the <br />end of a flexible pipe <br />section. The electrically <br />driven hydraulic coupling <br />machine Is available in 110 <br />and 220 volt models. <br />Test Caps <br />These threaded caps have <br />a 1/4' opening in the end <br />for attachment of an air <br />gauge or valve stem (not <br />included). Used to air test <br />individual pipe sections. <br />7 AU <br />Hole Saws <br />Available In a variety of <br />sizes. Used to drill out <br />openings in sumps and <br />pans for installation of <br />Flexible Entry Boots and <br />Conduit Entry Boots. <br />Pipe Cutter <br />This hand tool is used to <br />out the GeoFlex Pipe Into <br />Piping sections. This tool <br />creates an even and <br />smooth pipe edge which is <br />ideal for insertion into the <br />pipe coupling. <br />Measuring Rope <br />This nylon rope is used to <br />measure flexible pipe <br />sections installed between <br />the containment sumps. <br />Comes in a 100' length with <br />hooks and marking clips. <br />Jacket Cutter <br />This hand tool is used to <br />strip a 2" length of the <br />containment jacket from the <br />and of the GeoFlex Pipe <br />section, so that the Pipe <br />Coupling can be attached. <br />Extension Cylinder <br />This coupling cylinder <br />connects to the Coupling <br />Machine to permit in -sump <br />coupling of the flexible <br />piping. Proper <br />assembly requires two <br />wrenches. <br />2" Swedge Kit <br />This kit allows for internal <br />expansion of a 2" coupling. <br />Attaches directly to the end <br />of the hydraulic cylinder of <br />the Coupling Machine, <br />c €i <br />Test Gauge <br />This air gauge assembly <br />Provides a means of testing <br />the interstitial space of the <br />GeoFlex Pipe. Connects to <br />the fitting on the end of the <br />Test Tube. The gauge has <br />a maximum rating of 15 psi. <br />Entry Boot Templet <br />Used to drill the stud hole <br />patterns for installation of <br />the Studded ring type <br />Flexible Entry Boots. <br />U <br />GeoFlex Trailer <br />In the Spring of 1994 Environ will be offering the new GeoFlex <br />Reel Trailer for transportation of the GeoFlex Piping which is eN <br />packaged on reels. The trailer features automatic reel loading <br />and unloading without the need of a lorklift. <br />
