0
Connector Elbows
A brass elbow fining which Is designed to connect two flexible pipe sections.
Typically used for sharp 90' piping turns. This fitting should be installed within
a containment sump.
Connector Fitting
A brass fitting designed to adapt one coupled flexible pipe section to another
coupled flexible pipe section. Typically used for long piping runs and installed
within an In-line Piping Sump,
Crossover Supports
Used to separate GeoFlex Pipe runs at all crossover intersections, providing
sufficient support to prevent the upper pipe from deforming the lower after
backfill. ' r
Connector Tees
Designed to connect three flexible pipe sections. Typically used for split
piping runs leading to remote dispensers and installed within an In-line Piping
Sump.
Connector Tubes
These lube assemblies interconnect two Test Boots inside the junction type
Dispenser Sumps. Used to route the GeoFlex I and 11 interstitial space of
one pipe section around the Junction Tee Fitting to the interstitial space of the
next pipe section. Used primarily in pressure piping systems.
Deep Dispenser Sumps
Deep containers for under dispenser containment. Used primarily for
pressure piping systems which are routed in series and require piping fall to
one or more containment sumps. They provide convenient access to, and
secondary containment of, the pipe connections.
Directional Elbows
Installed inside Tank Sumps and connected to either single or dual adapters,
providing a multi -directional transition for the flexible piping line.
Dual Adapters
A brass fitting designed to adapt one 2' line to two 1-1/2' flexible piping lines
and typically used for assembly of a dual outlet plumbing tree. In this
application the Directional Elbow Fittings are usually connected to provide
multi -directional routing.
Extension Cylinder
This coupling cylinder connects to the Coupling Machine to permit in -sump
coupling of the flexible piping.
Female Adapters
A brass -fitting designed to adapt from a coupled flexible pipe section to a 2'
pipe nipple or street elbow lining. Typically used to conned a 2' tank fitting or
a pumps plumbing tree to a flexible supply line inside the Tank Sump.
Flexible Entry Boots
These rubber compression type boots are installed into the wall of
containment sumps to seal all pipe and conduit entries.
GeoFlex Piping
A flexible underground piping used for use transmission of flammable and
other types of hazardous liquids in both pressure and suction type systems.
In-line Piping Sumps
In -Line Piping Sumps are used for long piping runs which require pipe
sections be Connected together. This sump provides surface access and
secondary containment for these plumbing connections. May also be used to
contain other piping components.
Jacket Cutter
This hand tool is used to strip a 2' length of the containment jacket from the
and of the GeoFlex Pipe section, so that the Pipe Coupling can be installed.
4
Junction Tees
Installed in junction type Dispenser Sumps. Typically used in pressure piping
systems which are routed in series. This tee has two threaded openings for
coupling connections and one threaded opening for riser pipe connections.
LDS (Leak Detection System)
An electronic monitoring system that will detect the presence of hydrocarbon
or water within containment sumps.
Liquid Monitoring System
Used to continuously monitor the interstitial space of the Environ flexible
piping.
Male Adapters
A brass fitting designed to adapt from a coupled flexible pipe section to a 2 -
female threaded standard pipe fitting. Typically used to connect a 2' tank
fitting or a pumps plumbing tree to a flexible supply line inside the Tank
Sump.
Pipe Couplings
Designed specifically for GeoFlex Piping. They are internally expanded to
the ends of the flexible pipe section for plumbing attachments.
Product Offsets
Used with some model dispensers which require pipe entry locations
significantly off center. The offset fitting permits using standard dispenser
sumps to accommodate these applications.
Shallow Dispenser Sumps
Shallow containers for under dispenser containment. Recommended for all
suction type piping systems and pressure piping systems using the Liquid
Interstitial Monitoring System. They Provide convenient access to, and
secondary containment of, the pipe connections.
Stabilizer Bar
Used in sumps and pans to stabilize a shear valve, break -away valve or riser
pipe.
Swivel Wrench
This hex type wrench Is designed to secure and tighten the Pipe Couplings to
either the GeoFlex fittings or adapters.
Tank Sumps
Tank Sumps are used at the beginning of the GeoFlex Piping System .
Installed to the top of the lank, they provide surface access to a tank's
pump, fittings and other piping connections. They also serve as a means of
secondary containment and leak collection.
Terminating Elbows
Installed in terminating type Dispenser Sumps. Used in both pressure and
suction piping systems. This elbow fitting has one threaded opening for
coupling connections and one threaded opening for riser pipe cpnnections.
Test Boots
These rubber boots are used to provide a means of connecting the Test
Tubes and Connector Tubes to the GeoFlex I and 11 Piping interstitial space
for integrity testing and continuous monitoring. These boots are fitted with
two stainless band clamps for a liquid tight seal.
Test Caps
These threaded caps are fitted with a Teflon seal and have a 1/4" opening in
the end for attachment of an air gauge or valve stem. Used to air test
individual pipe sections.
Test Tubes
Connected to Test Boots which are installed at the beginning and end of a
GeoFlex I and Il line. Used to test or continuously monitor the interstitial space
of the entire piping line and used for both pressure and suction piping systems.
Lz
