to prevent the enforcement of the lien or forfeiture of <br /> the properties or any part thereof . <br /> (c) Defendant and Trust shall, at their expense, <br /> keep the properties in good repair and shall not commit <br /> waste or permit impairment or deterioration of the pro- <br /> perties . <br /> (d) •Plaintiff may make or cause to be made <br /> reasonable entries upon and inspections of the . pro- <br /> perties, provided that plaintiff shall give defendant <br /> notice prior to any such inspection. At a minimum, <br /> entries to inspect at yearly intervals shall be consi- <br /> dered reasonable. <br /> (e) The proceeds of any award or claim for <br /> damages, direct or consequential, in connection with any <br /> condemnation or other taking of said properties, or part <br /> thereof, or for conveyance in lieu of condemnation, are <br /> hereby assigned and shall be paid to plaintiff . In the <br /> event of a total taking of the property, said compen- <br /> sation shall be used to purchase comparable property to <br /> be held subject to plaintiff ' s judgment lien or in any <br /> other manner that plaintiff agrees to in writing. <br /> 4 .
