An application <br />package for the SWRCB UST Cleanup Fund is enclosed. PHS/EHD site mitigation staff <br />will assist you in completing the application if needed. <br />The Fund does not cover the costs incurred for the removal, repair, retrofit or <br />installation of USTs.
