Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br /> 2. A licensed tank tester must perform a tank integrity test with in 7 days of backfill. <br /> 3. All metal equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 4. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> 5. Contact Environmental Health Department(EHD) for the following inspections: <br /> a. Testing of new line leak detector <br /> b. Verify corrosion protection <br /> c. Verify overfill prevention <br /> d. Final inspection <br /> 6. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 7. This permit expires 90 days from issue. If an extension is needed a written notification must be received prier <br /> to the expiration date. <br /> 8.
