FROM. (' EH) AUG 30 2006 1+37/ST, 17:33/No. 6843597301 P 1
Valley Pacific Petroleum ServhkS,Inc. Commercial0Marketins?
Stockton
166 Frank West Circle
Stockton,CA 95206
209-948.9412/800-266-3782
Toua Yang
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
Per your request I am sending this note to respond to items now in your inspection report
dated 6/27/06.
#4: 1 have forwarded a copy of the certificate of financial responsibility and the CFO letter to
your office. This documentation covers many of our sites under a single signature. I am also
including a copy as an attachment to this letter.
# 5 and 6: I have forwarded copies of the monitoring and response plans in the new format to
your office. Copies have also been added to the site books kept in my office and at the site.
#21: The technician pumped out the liquid in the sump during the inspection. I've reviewed
procedures with our site and delivery personnel to make sure that the sump are kept dry.
#23: Complete reports for the months of July 05 to September 05 were copied from the site
book kept in the office and replaced in the site book. Copies are attached.
# 7: Monitoring records were noted on the daily inspection form. We are now using a separate
form to note monitor conditions and activities each day. I've collected the maintenance
records from our files and had copies made for the site books. Our internal process has been
changed to capture those records and make copies for future maintenance activities.
Please contact me if you need any additional information.
Mike Eliason
Cardlock Manager
Valley Pacific Petroleum Services
