A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling the <br /> final inspection. <br /> 2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health Department(EHD)must <br /> be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be approved prior to <br /> commencing work.Per Environmental Health assessment offindings, new plans and a <br /> permit application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 3. All piping, fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 4. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 5. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 6. EHD must witness a 30-minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior to <br /> backfill. <br /> 7. EHD must witness a 24-hour lake test on any sumps/dispenser pans that require repair or <br /> replacement. <br /> 8. A line integrity test on the primary piping of all exposed lines must be performed by a <br /> certified technician and results received by this office prior to the final inspection. <br /> 9. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must be <br /> performed by a certified tank tester prior to the final inspection. <br /> 10. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to finalizing the work complete. Give <br /> 48-hour notice for all inspection appointments.
