Based on project <br />modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting evidence presented in the <br />Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the <br />environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration is recommended for this project. A <br />Mitigation Agreement is attached, if applicable <br />Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be reviewed/obtained at <br />the above -noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these documents must be <br />received at that same address by the end of the review period. A public meeting to accept oral <br />comments only regarding the proposed Negative Declaration will be held by the Community <br />Development Director or Planning Commission following the review period.
