Highway 99 Date: May 25, 2012 <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> # C1 C2 M Code Section HSC=CA Health and Safet Code;CFR=Code of Federal Regulations <br /> C1 =Class 1 violation;C2=Class 2 violation;M=Minor violation <br /> Non-Pressurized Piping(continued) <br /> 702 CCR 2643(e) Biennial tightness test of gravity piping not performed(pre-January 1, 1984) (Mi) <br /> 703 CCR 2643(d) Triennial line test for conventional suction piping not performed(pre-January 1, 1984) (Mt) <br /> Other Violations <br /> 999 Other: See attached 'Continuation—Official Inspection Report"for violation(s)not listed above. <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This is a report of the Routine and underground storage tank monitoring system certification inspection <br /> conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> The following are Minor Notice to Comply violations: 104, 310, 311 <br /> 104. Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete and submit a copy of the <br /> financial responsibility by May 25, 2012. A copy of the document was supplied to EHD by manager on <br /> site; violation was corrected. <br /> 310. Approximately half gallon of liquid was observed in the 91-octane STP sump . If water could enter <br /> into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br /> properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid. <br /> Violation was corrected on site by technician. <br /> 311. The 91-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician replaced the siphon jet, <br /> retested the line leak detector, and it passed. Violation was corrected on site by technician. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> INi <br /> Insp torReceived By Title. <br /> EH 23-02 Re 9/0 11 Page 3 UST INSPECTION REPORT <br />
