Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete and submit a copy of the <br /> financial responsibility by May 25, 2012. A copy of the document was supplied to EHD by manager on <br /> site; violation was corrected. <br /> 310. Approximately half gallon of liquid was observed in the 91-octane STP sump . If water could enter <br /> into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br /> properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid. <br /> Violation was corrected on site by technician. <br /> 311. The 91-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician replaced the siphon jet, <br /> retested the line leak detector, and it passed.
