Contact the City of Stockton Fire Department and the San Joaquin Valley <br />Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. Soil sampling for the stockpiles will be 2 samples every 50 feet with not <br />more than 2 samples composited. <br />3. The following information must be submitted within 30 days of the removal <br />date: <br />(a) Analytical results, mailed from the lab <br />(b) UST Tracking Record Sheet and Tank Hazardous Waste Manifest <br />(c) Tank Closure Certification Form <br />(d) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping, rinsate, or residual fuel, <br />(e) Submit the backfill excavation certificate as required. <br />4. All decontaminated piping, soil, or any other contaminated solid waste <br />shall have prior approval from Forward Landfill for disposal. <br />This permit expires on September 11, 2003. <br />Should you have any questions regarding this permit, please call me at (209) <br />468-3451. <br />Kasey L.
