Hwy 99, Stockton CA <br /> SEIBOLD CORPORATION is proposing to remove two 10,000 gallon fuel tanks one <br /> 4,000 gallon tanks one 1 ,000 gallon tanks and one 550 gallon tank. The <br /> following should cover the requested information you need to issue a permit; <br /> 1. This facility is owned by: Chevron USA <br /> 2. A plot plan is supplied with this letter in duplicate. <br /> 3. The work will be performed by SEIBOLD CORPORATION. License # 472610 <br /> A, B, and C-10 classifications. A Workman's Comp Certificate is <br /> submitted with this letter. <br /> 4. We are removing underground fuel tanks that previously supplied <br /> various fuels. <br /> 5. J.H. Kleinfelter & Associates, 2825 Myrtle Ave of Stockton will <br /> perform required soil samples and a release of information <br /> authorization form is hereby submitted. <br /> 6. The tanks are expected to be totally empty of any fuel or residue. <br /> If any residual liquid, solids or sludges are encountered, we will <br /> place it into a 50 gallon container and given to the owner if useable <br /> or taken to a waste disposal dump if considered waste by state <br /> standards. <br /> 7. We will purge the tanks of all flammable vapors by placing 15 LBS per (OOO <br /> gallon of dry ice. <br /> S.
