This electronic monitoring panel is <br /> located in office building. <br /> The electronic monitor will be tested daily by station operator. <br /> In the case of an alarm condition, the station operator will im- <br /> mediately contact Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. , who <br /> will remove any unauthorized releases within the secondary con- <br /> tainment system and have an approved D. O. T. hauler haul away. <br /> If response, clean-up and resumption of normal operations occurs <br /> within 8 hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in <br /> an on-site log book and no contact will be made with the San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Health. <br /> If the response to the alarm condition can not be rectified within <br /> 8 hours , the San Joaquin County Department of Health shall be <br /> notified at (209) 468-3420. <br /> Persons allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br /> Mark Sperling-Manager <br /> Days-943-5662 Night-369-8026 <br /> Paul Olsen-Assistant Manager <br /> 943-5662 <br />
