Submit written monitoring and response plan as stated in Article 3, <br /> Section 2634 (d) (1-3) , 2634(e) (1-5). <br /> D. Hard wiring of electronic monitoring systems is required. <br /> E. Provide manufacturer's written installation instructions. <br />
