Soil <br /> samples collected shall be representative of native soils beneath the tank 's <br /> invert (tank's bottom) at a collection depth not be exceed 2 - 4 feet. If contamination <br /> is documented during closure an Unauthorized Release notification must be filled out and <br /> submitted to SJLHD within 5 bays.
