(2001 CFC 105.5) <br /> Personnel trained in accordance with applicable local, state and Federal regulations <br /> shall perform all work. <br /> /,a' Equipment capable of producing static electricity shall be bonded and grounded. <br /> The tank shall be temporary out of service for a ,period not to exceed one year. The tank shall be inerted, as often as <br /> necessary, to levels that will preclude an explosion.
