Eight Mile Road,Stockton, CA <br /> The permit application to remove the underground storage tank ftom the above referenced <br /> facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1- A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 2. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 3. This tank is to be purged and rinsed prior to removal- <br /> 4. In addition, the following information must be submitted within 30 days of the removal <br /> date: el, or waste oil receipt if <br /> (a) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping,rinsate,residual fu <br /> applicable <br /> 5. All fill and access locations and piping shall be sealed using locking caps or concrete Plugs. <br /> 6.This permit expires on March 9, 2003. Title 23 Section 2671 <br /> 7.
