The vent pipes remained <br /> unsealed per UST temporary closure requirements. Copies of regulatory inspection forms <br /> submitted to Shaw are included in Attachment 2. <br /> Waste Disposal <br /> The rinsate was transported off-site under hazardous waste manifests to Romic Environmental <br /> Technologies Corporation in East Palo Alto, California for recycling. Due to elevated <br /> concentrations of PCBs encountered in the contents of one of the tanker trucks, rinsate from <br /> select sites (Bakersfield, Paso Robles, both San Jose sites, San Mateo, and Sonora)was <br /> transported to Burlington Environmental, Inc, in Kent, Washington for recycling. Copies of the <br /> rinsate manifests are included in Attachment 3. <br /> Shaw appreciates the opportunity to be of continued service to SBC.
