Y
Muniappa Naidu [EH]
From: James Murrieta bames_murrieta@dot.ca.gov]
Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 1:36 PM
To: Rob Schaefer
Cc: Muniappa Naidu [EH]; Maria Tales
Subject: RE: Task Orders
Attachments: CGP Qualificationst.pdf
CGP
Iiflcationst.pdf(36 N
Rob-
Thanks for the schedule, this allows me to schedule future work and provide answers to my
supervisors.
As T had mentioned before, I have a time sensitive work schedule for the Monterey 101 San
Juan Interchange project. .
I'm waiting to hear from the Environmental people for the date they need this work done.
Since there will only be one crew, I may need to pull them off one job in order to take
care of this, I'll keep you informed once I get the information I need.
Also, since you have not made contact with the health dept agent I will be contacting him
and forwarding your schedule of work. From there we'll see where we stand in regards to
securing and removing the underground tanks according to their requirements.
As I mentioned in a previous email, the health dept is anxious to get the permit started
in order to document and track the progress of the tank removal.
Once I speak to him and if he determines there is no other recourse other than to start
the process of charging fines against the state or other punitive acts due to delays in
getting the permit started then I'll need to make changes to my work plan which in turn
will affect your work plan.
As far as the SWPPP goes, please refer to the Contract Agreement, Exhibit A, section EE,
sub-sections #'sl, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, pages 11 & 12 of 20.
Also, please beware that a Qualified Stormwater Developer (QSD) must prepare the
Stormwater plan and a Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP) must implement the plan. A
copy of certificates will need to be included in the Stormwater Plan.
Refer to section H of the Permit (see attachment) . Discusses QSD/QSP•
(See attached file: CGP Qualificationst.pdf)
Jim Murrieta, Associate R/W Agent
Central Region Contract Manager,
R/W Demolition and Clearance
Off.
