Neutralized <br /> residuals will be handled a per current law. Tank <br /> shall be certified as "clean" (neutralized) . <br /> TANK DISPOSAL <br /> Since the tank will be neutralized and certified as <br /> clean, the tank shall be delivered to Levin Metals <br /> Corporation., 740 N. Wilson Way, Stockton for destruc- <br /> tion. San Joaquin County E.H.D. tank tracking procedure <br /> will be followed. <br /> SAMPLES <br /> Two (2) soil samples will be taken under the tank. <br /> One at each end of the tank at 2' to 4' below the tank <br /> bottom. Also one (1) sample will be taken every 20 <br /> lineal feet of piping at 2' to 4' below piping. <br />
