Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Subiect: Name and Address Change <br />This letter will notify you that in January, 1996, Union Oil Company, dba Unocal will <br />be transferring ownership, by general conveyance, of a number of Service Stations <br />and Bulk Plants to a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary, 76 Products Company, <br />LLC. <br />We will also be moving to-556-AnterrBfvd., 6osta-Mesa, C -P -926-2e in the early part of <br />1996. <br />Since these changes will affect all permits issued by your agency, we need to work <br />with you to ensure that the changes occur efficiently and accurately. We want to <br />provide you with whatever information is necessary to make the task easier for you. <br />What we need from you: <br />1. Name of contact person to work with at your agency (if different from above). <br />2. What do you need from us to accomplish these changes (for example, listing <br />of sites, permit number, etc.)? <br />3.
