Pershing Ave., Stockton, CA <br />Dear Mr. Schneider: <br />This will serve to inform your division that I (we) hereby <br />declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information and <br />/or recommendations contained in the proposals and /or <br />reports, which have been or may be forwarded to your office <br />by AEGIS Environmental Consultants for work at the above <br />location, is/are true and correct to the best of our <br />knowledge and that all work which requires or required <br />geologic or engineering evaluations and/or judgements have <br />been prepared/performed under the direction of an <br />appropriately registered or certified professional. <br />We are informed, by the above named consultant, that all <br />reports/proposals, as appropriate and pertinent to this <br />project will utilize the "Regional Board Staff <br />Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of <br />Underground Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format. The <br />LUFT Manual has also will be utilized as a guidance document. <br />A "Preliminary Report" (Results of tank closure site <br />assessment) will be submitted to the San Joaquin County <br />PHS/EHD and the Central Valley Water Quality Control Board by <br />AEGIS Environmental Cohsultants within one week after all <br />results, including laboratory reports, are known. <br />
