The Tank 6 Waste Oil sump sensor was raised approximately two - three inches off the lowest point <br /> of the sump, clamped over the test boot, and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> Immediately relocate this sensor to the lowest point of the waste oil sump. <br /> - Corrected on site. Technician readjusted clamp to allow sensor to be position at the lowest point. <br /> Notes: <br /> - Provided free training schedule.
