Overspill containment system must be 5 gallon minimum and <br /> UL listed. Provide information prior to plan approval. <br /> 2 . Piping that is to be used must declared prior to plan <br /> approval. <br /> 3 . Plans indicate that the dispenser pans will be filled with <br /> pea gravel. This is not an acceptable practise. All piping <br /> must be in plan view in the dispenser pan. <br /> 4 . Inorder to be in compliance with the 1998 upgrade <br /> requirements the tank system must have the following: <br /> a. Electronic shutoff of turbine if leak is detected or <br /> probe malfunctions. <br /> b. Overspill protection. <br /> c. Overfill protection. <br /> d. striker plates. <br /> 5. Plans fail to indicate the use of a ball extractor valve <br /> in the tank vent system. Ball extractor must be use on <br /> single walled vent pipe. <br /> 6. Flexible connectors used in dispenser pans and sumps not <br /> declared. Declare prior to plan approval. <br /> Ernest M.
