Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, California 95205 <br />Dear Sir/Madam: <br />In regards to the Linden Unified School District Tank Removal Program <br />submitted by Telic Engineering Corporation the following information is to <br />be filed as requested: <br />1. Glenwood School located at 2005 N. Alpine: The 500 gallon <br />ga line tank shall be tested for regular gasoline contamination. <br />Waterloo School located at 7007 N. Pezzi Road: The 500 gallon <br />gasoline tank shall be tested for regular gasoline contamination. <br />Waverly School located at 3507 Wilmarth: The 1,000 gallon diesel <br />tank shall be tested for diesel contamination. <br />2. The location of the dispensers on the above three (3) locations are <br />all less than 6 feet (see attached photographs). <br />3. In accordance with the site engineering drawings as reviewed by <br />Frank Hubbart, Director of Maintenance, Linden Unified School <br />Dist ict, the following information has been noted: <br />a Waterloo School <br />*Underground Public Utilities in Excavation Area: None <br />*Septic Systems or Well Close o Tankj None <br />b) Waverly School <br />*Underground Public Utilities in Excavation Area: None <br />*Septic System of Well Close to Tank: Old abandoned well <br />+-50 feet southeast from tank. <br />c) Glenwood School <br />*Underground Public Utilities in Excavation Area: None <br />*Septic System or Well Close to tank: None <br />
