Z1 INC <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The survey area is located in the downtown area of the City of Lodi. The site extends from _ <br /> Pine Avenue on the north to Walnut Avenue on the south and from Sacramento Street on <br /> the west to the Southern. Pacific/Santa Fe Railroad tracks on the east.- All of the area <br /> ' within these boundaries was surveyed except the street portion of Pine Street and the <br /> portion of the private property occupied by the tire store in the southern portion of the <br /> survey area. The layout of the survey area is depicted on Exhibit 2. <br /> ' <br /> The survey area is about 95% open space comprised of either asphalt paved surface or <br /> gravel. The balance of the area is occupied by the existing depot structure and former <br /> loading dock structures.
