I am writing to you on behalf of Community Linen Rental <br /> Service, Inc. , regarding its former FabriCare site in Stockton, CA, <br /> as described above, with respect to tanks C and D located under the <br /> floor of the plant. <br /> 2. A permit will be granted by your Agency to Community <br /> Linen Rental Service, Inc. to fill the tanks with a light cement <br /> slurry upon receipt of your acceptance of this letter. <br /> 3 . Community Linen Rental Service, Inc. will do a <br /> preliminary ground water assessment. This assessment is to begin <br /> with a single monitoring well, located down-gradient from the <br /> location of tanks C and D. <br /> Information obtained during the assessment process will <br /> determine the need for any further assessment or clean up which may <br /> be warranted. <br />
