Y
Vicki i+IcCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Monday, October 17, 2016 11:37 AM
To: 'Sharlene Woods'
Subject: RE: Fast Lane Central Valley Update - See Attached
Hello Sharlene,
Fast Lane Central Valley at 116 Roth Road, Lathrop, CA is a vacuum, pressure, hydrostatic (VPH) site, indicating that the
underground storage tank system was installed on or after July 1, 2004. That said, the violations listed in the inspection
report stem from Title 23,California Code of Regulations (CCR),Chapter 16, and Statutes of Chapter 6.7 Health and
Safety Code (HSC). If you look at the inspection report, on the far left, it lists items (violations), beginning with Item 101
and ending with Item 2060. Next to the "item"column is the CCR and HSC associated with the item. On the far right of
the inspection report, there is a column with "V". If the box beside the "V" is filled in, it means that this is a
violation. The column to the right of the "V" column is the "R" column. If the box beside the "R" is filled in, it means
that this is a "repeat violation". Each violation is explained in detail toward the end of the inspection report and the CCR
and HSC section is listed once again that is associated with the violation. I strongly suggest that you get copies of these
two documents (Title 23 CA Code of Regulations, Chapter 16, and Statutes of Chapter 6.7 Health and Safety Code) so
that you will be able to best respond to each violation.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you, Sharlene.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(a.sicehd.com
y
From: Sharlene Woods [mailto:sharlene@bggroupinc.com]
Sent: Monday, October 17, 2016 10:38 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: Fast Lane Central Valley Update - See Attached
Ms. McCartney,
The lack of response on the other items is due to my lack of knowledge and
experience. I thought the revised documents you sent were updates
ultimately showing the only outstanding items. That is why the 09/ 15
revision is the basis for my response.
