e '
Vicki McCartney [EH]
From; Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Monday, October 17, 2016 10:16 AM
To: 'Sharlene Woods'
Subject: RE: Fast Lane Central Valley Update - See Attached
Hello Sharlene,
did review your responses to violations 316, 318, 319, and 305.
The responses to violations 316 and 319 are not acceptable for the following reasons:
If you review Health and Safety Code 25290.1 Design and Construction Requirements for Underground Storage Tanks
Installed on or after July 1, 2004, number(3) under (c), it states "Secondary containment shall be constructed, operated,
and maintained to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff." This
means any water as it applies to Item 316.
If you review Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 16,Section 2635 (b) it states that the spill container shall
meet the following requirements: (C) "It shall have a drain valve which allows drainage of the collected spill into the
primary container or provide a means to keep the spill container empty."This means that liquid in the spill container
must be removed when present and it applies to Item 319.
1 confirm that Item 318 was corrected on site and Item 305 will be addressed the last week of October when the owners
return.
However, you have not addressed the other violations that were presented during the June 17, 2016 inspection. They
include Items: 103, 104, 105, 106, 201, 203, 204, 207, 304, and 313.The inspection report was emailed to Mr. Gill on
June 21, 2016. Have you submitted the Return to Compliance Certification for these items? If so, when did you submit
this?
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(c-D-sicehd.com
Awl- w
From: Sharlene Woods [mai Ito:sharlene(a)bggroupinc.com]
Sent: Friday, October 14, 2016 5:55 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: Fast Lane Central Valley Update - See Attached
Ms. McCartney,
