Based on my review I need to know the following: <br /> What is the method 'being used for overfill protection both on the automobile and truck sides of the facility? If overfill <br /> protection is performed by 90 percent capacity of the tank using automatic tank gauges (ATGs)with audible and visual <br /> alarms,then verification of the automatic tank gauges set at 90 percent must be performed at the next scheduled <br /> testing/inspection. <br /> Has a service request been submitted to the Environmental Health Department(EHD)for the: <br /> S6 diesel submersible turbine pump (STP) sensor on the auto side of the facility? The S6 sensor went into alarm <br /> during the inspection on 6/17/16 and needs to be repaired or replaced. <br /> South diesel (D1) underground storage tank line leak detector on the truck side of the facility?
