All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a three-gallon per hour leak at ten pounds per-square-inch
(psi) pressure. Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed leak
detector and obtain a permit within one business day from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD). If the failed leak detector cannot be replaced immediately, there is a ,possibility that the south diesel (D1) UST
system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs.
Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting
the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within thirty
days of receiving the complete inspection report.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: ymccartneyasicehd.com
f
1
