Except for checking communication in the 87-, 91-, and diesel-submersible turbine <br /> pump (STP) sumps and fill sumps, the monitoring system certification for the automobile side of the facility was <br /> completed on June 16, 2016; on site on June 17, 2016 to perform an annual monitoring system certification, spill <br /> container, and line leak detector inspection on the truck side of the facility. Communication in the 87-, 91- and <br /> diesel STP and fill sumps on the automobile side of the facility has not been and will not be completed during this <br /> inspection. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility clerk on the first day of the inspection (6/16/2016). Due to <br /> time constraints, a checklist was provided to the facility clerk on the second day of the inspection(6117116). <br /> Note: Communication of truck side of the facility was not verified during the inspection. <br /> Note: Notify the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) what method is being used for <br /> overfill protection both on the automobile and truck sides of the facility. <br /> Note: Sump collars that had been installed previously were verified for the STP sumps both on automobile and <br /> truck sides of the facility during the inspections yesterday and today. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer(if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
